
Étoile is a new, upcoming food brand in Australia that produces and serves their all time famous French dish ‘escargot’ to the public, with an Australian twist. The challenge and goal with Étoile was to find a gap in the market and make a break through. Australia doesn’t have many venues willing to serve escargot to their customers. This is where Étoile makes it’s breakthrough, via giving the public what they have been missing out on. Rather than flying to Paris for $1,592, people can drive down and try escargot in their home town.
